Shipping and Return Policy

At Screenlet, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This includes our shipping and return policy, which we have outlined below for your convenience.

Shipping Information

All orders placed between Monday and Friday before 5pm will be shipped within 48 hours via USPS. Please note that orders placed after 5pm or on weekends will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping rates are based on the weight of your products and your location. To see the exact shipping cost for your order, simply proceed to the checkout page.
If your order is eligible for tracking, we will provide you with a tracking number to keep you updated on your package's whereabouts. Please be aware that certain orders, specifically those using 1st Class USPS mail, may not have tracking numbers available.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:
  1. Email our customer support team at info@screenletpower.com within 30 days of your purchase, explaining your reason for the return. We will review your request and determine if a return label will be issued on our behalf.
  2. Once your return is approved, securely package the item along with a signed letter stating the reason for your return and include the original receipt.
  3. Ship the package to the following address:

Once we receive your returned item, we will review its condition. If the item is in its original unused condition or has a manufacturer defect, we will process a refund or exchange accordingly.

Please note that all refunds will be issued to the original payment method used and can take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

Back Orders

In the event that an item from your order is on backorder, we will ship the available items first. Once the back-ordered item becomes available, we will ship it to you at no additional shipping cost.
